I have just received the shipment with the 12V electric air conditioning unit that was ordered in late fall. We had a Port workers strike here in Canada in November, so shipping was delayed somewhat with the supplier not to be blamed. Except for a broken little plastic cover of little significance ( just cosmetic ), the parts were all in good shape and seem all accounted for. The customer service that I received along the way, from buying the product to shipping and tracking the product was excellent. I received a quick response to all my inquiries. I am very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend dealing with this supplier. I now hope that the installation process goes as easy and as well as the buying process. I sent along pictures of the small plastic cover that was damage during shipping. Thanks for all the help. Mario in Victoria, Canada
