The equipment originally supplied failed, the seller was unable to carry out a correct diagnosis and tried very hard to force me to return the goods to China at huge expense, after supplying replacement components the identical failure occurred, then it transpired that the controller was unsuitable for voltages experienced by all alternator charged vehicle battery systems. The seller then argues that the buyer is incompetent and cannot make the equipment work. Fact is the controller supplied is totally unfit for automotive use due to its input voltage limitation of 14VDC, badly designed and badly supported product, in addition the controller does not have protection for the motor output cables, and is supplied with inadequate and inappropriate manuals and installation instructions. The original equipment sold as a complete air-conditioner system, was supplied with incorrect pipe fittings and was impossible to assemble without sourcing the correct fittings, a very unpleasant experience.
